Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Pack Your Equipment
Carefully place the camera, lens, or accessory in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and batteries are included before securing it in a shipping carton.
Ship to the House of Photography
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
